When I was trying to think of a cool name for my blog, I decided to use a lyric from a song by a wonderful band called Nada Surf, who I first discovered via a radio station in the back of a taxi in San Francisco in about 1996. This is from later than that, but it's a lovely song and I thought the lyric fit what I wanted this blog to be:
